| Through my work I want to make the unknown familiar. I want to create moments to observe matter that otherwise might go overlooked. I want to tell and retell stories that touch the essence of our being. Stories that connect the disconnected and that give us new eyes. I will reflect on those who tell these stories to create context, to let it all breathe, to let us ponder. | I've been involved in motion graphics and animations for over 15 years and have obtained solid understanding of its variety in techniques and utilization. I have created videoart at the Willem the Kooning Academy and have been VJ-ing for DJ's and live-acts. | Since a young age I´ve been involved in playing and creating music, either on piano, guitar, vocally and electronically. Together with percussionist Martijn Jacobs, we've recorded some of many songs that I wrote while traveling. | Early 2006 I co-founded a community based development project in Sierra Leone, called Joint Operation Youths (JOY). Together with a group of volunteers in the Netherlands and Sierra Leone, we are initiating and supporting educational projects that benefit children and young adults in rural area's.
